Biography:

David Morton is a web developer and writer with experience creating and delivering innovative, educational content through the new media. He started his career as a historian, transitioning from academic research and university teaching to public-oriented historical writing while working for the IEEE History Center at Rutgers University. There, he joined the team that developed the IEEE Virtual Museum, a website for the general public, where users can explore the histories of modern electrical and electronics technologies and their social impact. He developed web applications as a private consultant for several years before joining the Georgia Tech College of Architecture in 2007 as webmaster for the Architecture Program. Morton moved to CATEA as web designer in November 2008.
