General Classroom Equipment	It may be necessary to work with in finding tools that work for him or her. If this is the case, it may be helpful to explore what tools are out there for students with an extremity limitation. CATEA's Assistivetech.net compiles many different types of assistive technologies, and those accommodations for those with upper extremity limitations can be found there. Provide low tables or desks for those with wheelchair limitations. Allow the use of a computer, if applicable. [Computer Accommodations for those with Motor Limitations - internal]
Taking Notes	Use adaptable writing devices. Allow the use of a computer. [Computer Accommodations for those with Motor Limitations - internal] Provide adapted writing utensils. Capture lectures to view again. Videotape lectures. Audiotape lectures. Allow the student to have a note taker. Allow another student or class partner to share notes with the student.
