The conditions presented in this bathroom are likely more familiar and are more contemporary. Tub installations are architectural and have the advantage of ease to clean. Grab rails are present in this bathroom - although one is used as a towel rack. Another grab rail should have been installed on the forward surface of the tub to support egress. Additionally, the surface of the tub should have a coating that prevents slipping or applications of non-skid surfacing should be used.
