Georgia Tech is pleased to offer a new Professional Education Program on Assistive Technology and Environmental Access. This program provides practical knowledge about the application of current assistive technology and environmental accommodation solutions. The courses will prepare you to provide high quality service to people with disabilities in workplace, home, educational and public environments.
The courses are filled with real-world applications, hands-on experiences, lectures, discussions, presentations, and case studies drawn from our more than 30 years in the field of rehabilitation and assistive technology.
For the serious service provider, Georgia Tech also offers a Certificate in Assistive Technology and Environmental Access. To earn the certificate, participants must complete four core courses and two electives.

Cost – Most individual courses cost $245 (Save 10% for Early-Bird registration). The Evidence-Based Manual Wheelchair Prescription course is $150; the online Web Accessibility course is $99. People interested in the certificate may register for the whole certificate program at one time and SAVE 10%.
Course Location - In-person courses are offered in Atlanta at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center. Several courses are offered asynchronously online, and others are available in an online webinar format.
Continuing Education Units - Each participant completing these courses successfully will earn between 0.65 to 1.5 CEUs depending on the class.
