Survey on Mobility Device Usage

Starting in September, CCN members will be invited to participate in a survey investigating the use of mobility devices. The results of the survey will give researchers a snapshot of how the devices were acquired and how they are used. The survey will also identify areas for further investigation that may help improve the devices themselves and the ways that they are distributed. If you indicated that you use a mobility device when you signed up for the CCN, watch your e-mail for your invitation to complete this survey
